During the year 2014-15, the Company has appointed Mr. Naman Jain on the Board to broadbase the existing structure Also, in compliance of the provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange and Companies Act, 2013, appointment of Mrs. Shruti Jain as a Woman and Independent Director was also made w.e.f 20th March, 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Being an Independent Director, Mrs. Shruti Jain holds no shares in the Company.
